Service description
LeadPilot is a B2B lead generation workspace. You define Target Profiles, discover businesses, review raw leads, and promote qualified leads into a CRM pipeline. Features may change during early access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeadPilot for spam, harassment, scraping in violation of third-party terms, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with Google API and telemarketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any API keys you connect. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of liability
LeadPilot is provided during early access on an as-is basis. Liability language is TBD pending legal review and is not final advice.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
